Alan Joyce should be concentrating on Qantas getting their act together in the Australia domestic market. Thursday 21st Nov – check in at Perth with 1 small case plus a suit carrier – informed that if the suit carrier was to be checked in it would cost $40.
Then in Q Club awaiting 9.30am departure which eventually departed close to 12.45pm.
Return Sunday 24th – land and greeted by stairs to walk down. But as some luggage had been unloaded from the aircraft it had raised the aircraft body resulting in the step to the stairs of approx. 50cm down – which was very dangerous particularly for those carrying cabin luggage and for older aged passengers!
