What are the chances of Thai Air Asia starting services to Perth?They would be a lot cheaper than flying Thai who are the only choice if I want to fly direct to BKK. An A320 service a couple of times a week to test the waters would be good to see.
EDITORS COMMENT: The aircraft used by AirAsia can fly between Perth and Bangkok however not with a full passenger and cargo load meaning it would not be an economical decision. However, Thai Airasia X has just been given an air operators certificate and will be flying long haul aircraft hopefully to destinations in Australia by 2015.
