Have Your Say

I just finished reading Jessica Sandral’s review of a Hawaiian Airlines flight that she supposedly took from Auckland to Honolulu. I say supposedly because she either had too many Mai Tai’s or she has completely forgotten the offerings that were available to her as her review is littered with inaccuracies.
Here are the errors in her review:
Pillows and blankets are provided complimentary on ALL Long Haul Hawaiian Airlines International flights. They are not available for purchase.
Alcoholic beverages are provided complimentary on ALL Long Haul Hawaiian Airlines International flights. They are not available for purchase.
All inflight entertainment options including movies, games, and TV shows are available complimentary to all passengers in all cabins. There is no charge for IFE on Long Haul Hawaiian Airlines International flights.
I’m wondering if she flew HA from Honolulu to a domestic North American destination and became confused as blankets/pillows, alcoholic bevereages, and IFE are charged on the domestic flights.
Anyhow, it would be nice if your reviewers could provide accurate details about their inflight experiences.

We are looking into this as all our reviews are 100% real and we report on exactly what we see and experience. Our editor Jess took this flight in April and with more A330's in service and some changes at Hawaiian it could be that the service they provide has changed. We have contacted them for clarification and await their response. Until we hear from them we wont be making any changes i.e. updating the review with current service offerings as we are strict on reporting on what we experience on each flight. Will keep you updated! Thanks for bringing this to our attention - we appreciate it.
