Etihad Air. I purchased two business class tickets from LHR to HKK, on special offer, 2 months ago. In the last two weeks there have been more special offers over £1000 less for the two tickets. I am informed that I cannot cancel my tickets and get the new offer.
The moral here seems to be leave your purchase until the last moment and then look around.
