Have Your Say

Your safety ratings are unreliable. How can you give Malaysia Airlines a 5 star rating after the disappearance of flight MH370. This incident is an incredibly shocking revelation of serious shortcomings in the Malaysian Airlines safety procedures, organization and credibility. By rating this airline with 5 stars you are not only insulting the intelligence of any living human being on the planet but worse you are arrogantly and disrespectfully are insulting the grieving relatives of the passengers on board flight MH370. I suggest you take the safety rating off altogether and replace it with the mention ‘pending re-assessment’. Anything other than that proves that you are favoring Malaysian Airlines and that in itself gives the right to your readers to assume that this airline is a sponsor of your publication. Shame on you!

We couldn't disagree more. For a start Malaysia Airlines are pretty much the only airline we have never heard back from in regards to getting them to approve their content on our site for accuracy so to suggest we are sponsored by them when we have never had contact with them is ludicrous. We aren't sponsored by anyone , our revenue comes from advertisers solely. With regards to safety, Malaysia Airlines are incredibly safe- the efforts by the Malaysian government and military in handling the search for MH370 has nothing to do with the airline. What has happened is most likely the actions of a suicidal pilot or terrorist and this can happen on any airline in any country (think 911 in America). Safety comes down to maintenance, training, international audits and accreditation all of which Malaysia Airlines pass. We would have no hesitations getting on a Malaysia Airlines flight now as we know how strict they are with safety and their almost flawless safety record proves this
