I recently booked to airfares from MEL-SYD-TOKYO return and was charged a credit card fee to book these 2 seats, of which were booked in Australia on a Commonwealth Bank Credit Card. Then few months later I decided to pay extra and book emergency exit seats for going to and returning from Tokyo and again paid using credit card in Australia and was not charged a credit card fee.
Qantas could not give me a qualified answer, so before I refer to ACCC I wonder if anyone else can answer this for me.
