I keep reading about THAI AIRLINES, some saying how good they are. I have flown on them once, from Gatwick to Bangkok and back and I must say that they were the worst flights that I have ever had, cabin service was was terrible. I think that they should be investigated under the Trades Description Act in respect of their TV adverts. They make Easyjet and Ryanair seem like luxury carriers
