my pet hate is code sharing, there is a world of difference in the service of a BA flight to Madrid and the same flight operated by Iberia. The same applies comparing BA with AA flights to the States. Im sure theres lots of other examples around the world. If you pay for a BA flight you should fly on a BA flight.
Really good website, I discovered it 2 hours ago and have not left it yet!
