Great idea and great site! Suggestions:
1. Simple lever-actuated seat “lockout” in Cattle class to prevent reclining on flights of say, less than 5 hours’ duration.
2. Carry on to go in the bay above your ticketed seat only, not wherever you feel like it.
3. I think airport ratings and trials/tribulations, as well as “travellers’ hints” would help; e.g. paid lounges at, say, Ngurah Rai airport are worth their weight in gold.
4. As well as the normal flight data on the IFE screens, be nice if they could have a couple of cameras with one for example looking out the front cockpit or looking forward from the tail and another looking from beneath. No sound needed, and they only need to be small HD cameras like the Go-Pro or similar.
