A great initiative and very well executed. The only suggestion I’d make in the rating of the product. I fly nearly every week of the year – all over the world and rate an airline on the “Holistic” experience, not just the flight. For example – when based in Paris it made schedule sense to fly AirFrance. The airport experience with them was always appalling – but the flight experience OK. It would be good to be warned about which airlines / airport combinations cause the most issues.
