    Why is it that almost without exception food writers of airline inflight catering who actually experience a flight always but always write about business class food. The proportion of business class passengers to economy on a flight would be less than 15 % I would imaging, ergo the majority of passengers on all flights are economy passengers and by association are also the majority of readers et al.
    Is it that economy food has,is and always will be uninviting, unappetising and cloned so why would you bother? Have I answered my own question? I hope not.
