I need to transport my 11 yr old Doberman from Australia to France. Can anyone recommend the best / safest airline for this please? Is it better to deal direct with the airline or go through an animal transport agency? Do any of the airlines offer veterinary care during the flight? From what I have read once the animals are loaded in the cargo hold no one can access this during the flight and check on their well being, is this true?
