We were the part of umrah group (52 people) from September 10-21 , 2025 by Egypt Airlines from Toronto to Cairo to Medina and back Jeddah to Cairo to Toronto At Jeddah Airport, On 20 September when we were boarding the flight MS 670, we were stopped at plane gate and sent back to lounge due to some technical issues. After 5 hours we were boarded and reached to Cairo airport. As our connected flight MS 995 was already left. We were standing wondering at airport , what to do? However , uncooperative staff at Cairo airport booked us on different flights to Toronto via Marco, Turkey, Holland etc. (scattered ,even families) being very tired of umrah and at Jeddah airport, we requested for one night hotel stay at Cairo but no one listened us. Me and my wife were sick of flu and fever and requested the staff to give us seats together but he didn’t and we had to sit separate from Casablanca to Toronto. We were supposed to reach at Toronto airport on 21 September at 8am but we arrived 12 hours late Our 30 relatives members had a plan to have lunch together and they arranged everything for us in our honour but due to this delay. They had to cancel everything and wasted lot of money. I was supposed to go to my job but due this tiring 50 hours on different airports , I became more sick , so unable to go for work yet. Losing my pay till 27 sept because I don’t have sick hours left in my job account. We attended to family doctor for details check up yesterday , she gave me doctor note till 27 sept that I can not work so I am losing 5 days pay Regretfully, we were treated badly by Egypt airlines staff at Jeddah airport and very badly at Casablanca airport. some people were very old and had mobility issue but no one cared about them too. many travelers did not find their luggage at arrival on Toronto airport on 21 Sept at 9 pm, so they had to fill up the luggage lost forms

Probably the worst airline I've ever flown. I flew BOM to DUB via CAI. The seats and tray tables on both the flights were filthy and disgusting. Pillows and blankets were provided rather randomly. If you had the pillow, you didn't have a blanket and vice versa. Most didn't have either. Given the state of the cabin, I am actually glad I didn't get to use their pillows and blankets; would have probably been filthy as well. The food was nothing to write home about - Tasteless on both the sectors. And the canin crew had a rather impersonal approach to service.

Very cheap flight experience despite paying same as other airlines. I had 6 hours flight and it took them 2 hrs just to serve water. They served refreshment and drinks only once. After that they just stopped giving a fuck to anyone's response. The staff was behaving like they just dont care and were not giving any responce to passengers even after raising the help light multiple times. The other airlines who don't serve alcohol give so much better service. They try to compensate by giving exotic juices and refreshment multiple times. Here passengers had to struggle even for water. After a while passengers started farting because of dehydration. It smelt like hell. Dont think i'll be ever going with this airline again.
