Economy Class

  • Full meal (choice of three main meals) followed by separate dessert service; welcome cocktail (with or without alcohol) after takeoff
  • Audio/Video On Demand; mobile connectivity and Wi-Fi available for a fee on half the fleet.
  • Seat pitch of 31 inch with extra legroom (additional 3 inch) or exit row seats available for purchase

  • Baggage allowance of 1 x 23kg bag with the exception of flights between US and India or South America where the allowance is 2 x 23kg bags

Premium Economy

  • Superior meal and beverages service more similar to that of Business Class includes high tea on long haul day flights comprising of cupcakes, finger sandwiches and tea selection
  • Audio/Video On Demand and in seat power; mobile connectivity and Wi-Fi available for a fee on half the fleet.
  • Seat pitch of 37 to 38 inch with a seat width of 21 inch
  • Blankets, pillow and amenity kit provided
  • Baggage allowance of 2 x 23 kg bags except on flights between the UK, Accra or India and between the US and Accra or India where the allowance is 3 bags

Upper Class

  • Multi course restaurant quality meals and beverages served including high tea on daytime flights; welcome drink prior to takeoff; in flight stand up bar
  • Audio/Video On Demand and in seat power; mobile connectivity and Wi-Fi available for a fee on half the fleet.
  • Suites transform into 33 inch wide bed with 6 feet 6 inch length except on A330s between London-New York where seats transform to 7 feet 2 inch beds; seats laid out in herringbone configuration provide privacy and aisle access
  • Duvet, pillow and amenity kit provided
  • Snooze zone in designated part of aircraft for those passengers flying overnight who have already dined and wish not to be disturbed; immediately after takeoff, lights are dimmed and there is minimal disruption until breakfast; passengers who want to eat but have elected to be in the snooze zone can eat their meals at the bar
  • Baggage allowance of 3 x 32kg bags
  • Chauffeur service from home/hotel to airport available at certain hubs
