Hari ini flight dengan Sriwijaya Air dari Sorong ke Jakarta. Tanpa konfirmasi flight delay 2 jam. Setelah itu dapat WhatsApp chat akan delay sampai jam 9 malam dari jadwal awal jam 2 siang. Setelah sampai bandara dan konfirmasi, petugas check in Sriwijaya air kebingungan dan tidak bisa memberikan informasi apa apa. Tidak ada informasi yang jelas sampai pukul 6 sore. Makanan ganti rugi juga kurang layak, baru berangkat dari Sorong jam setengah 8 malam. Setelah tiba di Makassar ketinggalan connecting flight ke jakarta, petugas check in lagi lagi bingung. Penumpang di pindah pindah gate tanpa kepastian.

The most bad company I take ever in my life. Today the plane IN277 make the most worst experience in a lot of years I take planes. Start the nightmare in Bali. The company start in time de boarding but when arrival to the bus for go to the plane stay 25min without moving, without AC and with A LOT of passengers inside without space for moving. Arrival to the plane and are with the engines OFF, this are inside the cabin more of 39 degrees (I check in my watch) and stay in this position 47 minutes!!! Because are waiting 3 passengers in first class... 47 minutes without AC at 39 until 42 degrees. The result, one passenger need oxygen and others start to fight with the cabin crew...

i really dont like this airlines. And i will never usethis airlines anymore nor suggest it to other. It ALWAYS delay. They delay your flight until 3 hours more. IF they inform u ur flight is delayed, just CHANGED ur flight soon!
