Flydubai Disappointed by Crew Behavior & Lack of Accountability I’m very disappointed with my recent experience flying with Flydubai. I was treated unprofessionally and disrespectfully by the crew on board flight number FZ1464 date Mon, 9 Jun 12:40 PM and I raised this through their official complaint channels. Despite sending a detailed email, I received no response or acknowledgment from the airline. As a paying passenger, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and a proper follow up. The silence from Flydubai is unacceptable. I believe that customer feedback especially about poor treatment should be taken seriously. I am now left wondering: Does Flydubai care about how their staff treat passengers? I am sharing this publicly because I deserve answers, and other travelers should be aware of how complaints are handled (or ignored). Flydubai, please do the right thing and respond to this. Horrible & disgusting experience of booking flight ticket with flydubai I booked with flydubai through makemytrip & by mistake wrong date was got selected, instead of 31st May, ticket was booked for 31st March. Immediately I contacted fly dubai & make my trip both, but they came up with 100% penalty as per their T&C. I pleaded them to change date to 31st May with an accurate flight cost, but they don't have any exceptions & 0% customer centric view. In today's date this kind of service is unacceptable, This is the last time I booked with FlyDubai & I do not recommend anyone to fly with this airlines which is not flexible towards their customers. I paid 1262 AED & they will refund 142 AED & they will sell that same flight seat to another passenger with a higher price. They are corporate thief masked under their so called terms & condition which does not have any humanity on people's hard earned money.

i was unable to use the return segment of my flight, the airline did not refund my unused fuel taxes and surcharges, very cold and unhelpful customer service, never again this airline.
