Lined up for 1 hour during check in and waited 2 more hours than usual due to technical problems. Then they cancelled my flight to TFU. I tried to rebook my flight but everything was booked out. Sichuan also wasn't helpful. In the end I went home loosing around 9000CN¥.

Flight supposed to depart at 9:30 pm, delayed by 1 hour, then they cancelled our flight. If they used some newer aircraft this wouldn't happen. I called Sichuan to see if they can book a new flight. They didn't reply me for 2 hours and didn't book me a new flight. Insane service

Checked baggage not transferred; bassinet seating denied inconsistently; $200 AUD charge for boarding passes; unreliable screens; poor meals/snacks; inconsistent crew rules; unfriendly service; unpleasant cabin odours.
